Greetings!
Are you seeking a new position and new challenge with an awesome Association? PAPA is looking for our next Director of Technical Services!
Just a few things we are looking for in a candidate:
SKILLS & EDUCATION:
- A four-year BS degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, construction management, or related field required.
- Acknowledged authority and expertise in the area of asphalt pavements and asphalt materials.
- Experience working with the PA Department of Transportation and PA Turnpike Commission and knowledge of their design/construction/highway maintenance standards and specifications.
- Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience working in a technical position, where engineering knowledge and expertise ofasphalt pavement-related materials, mixture design and testing, structural pavement design, asphalt mixture production, and highway construction, is required.
- An understanding of trade associations and how they function.
